I guide women through sacred thresholds of becoming—the places that often arrive disguised as grief, disconnection, or unraveling, but are, in truth, invitations to come closer to who they really are. My spaces are woven with deep love, care, integrity, and fierce compassion. This is not about fixing or transcending. It’s about feeling what’s been unfelt. Reclaiming what’s been silenced. And remembering what has never been lost.

For the past nine years, I’ve walked a devoted path of remembrance—midwifing myself through the integration and reclamation of life’s sacred initiations: abandonment trauma, illness, motherhood, spiritual awakening, and the long, sacred return to love. Womb Codes™ is the essence of this journey—a living body of work that honours the wisdom already within you and holds you as you gently unravel the stories, protections, and wounds ready to be alchemised.

My medicine is grounded in Primal Experiential Therapeutic Astrology—a modality that invites you to step directly into the wheel of your birth chart and engage with archetypes, symbols, and unconscious material through the body. Each session becomes a living ceremony of breath, sound, movement, presence, and integration—supported by shamanic practice, dance medicine, energy healing, and Sacred Sexual Awakening & Healing®. But beneath it all is the heartbeat of the womb—the place where your story began, and the place your soul still remembers.

Now rooted in the wild beauty of the Wye Valley, I offer this work as a sacred invitation to return—fully, courageously, tenderly—to yourself.
